Our Solar Light Project

On July 17, 2019, Chief Emeka Ihedioha, Governor of Imo State and Mr Yutaka Kikuta, Ambassador of Japan to Nigeria, jointly commissioned the Solar Street Lighting Project executed at Ezeagbogu community, Ezinihitte LGA of Imo State. Under the project, 100 independent solar street light were installed across the major roads in Ezeagbogu community. It was done to make the community safer at night. The escalating night time crime rate in the community came down after the completion of the project. The project was executed by Development Dynamics with funding support from the Embassy of Japan in Nigeria.
